New Ownership!

Fresh Cup Café has a new Executive Chef/Owner who is  VERY excited to meet all existing and new customers in the new year!  Please welcome Jamey Maloof!


Jamey brings experience from well known bakeries to include Sift Bake Shop where she held the Executive Sous Chef position for Adam Young, Chef Owner  in Mystic, CT for the last 5 years. 


Before her time at Sift, Jamey held the head baker position for The Cake Boss Buddy Valastro at Carlo’s Bakery at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. 


Jamey graduated from the well-renowned Culinary School of Johnson & Wales  in Providence, RI obtaining a degree of Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management. 


Please stop in to welcome Jamey and her very dedicated staff to Westerly, RI.  We encourage you to explore Jamey’s talents and creations. We know you will enjoy your experience and find yourself making this a regular stop in your day.


Fresh Cup Menu Update

Fresh Cup Café will offer the same items for our customers looking for their favorites because we know how important that is.


Jamey will add to the menu using her experience and passion for homemade fresh baked goods, delicious savory lunches, and craveable drinks to include specialty coffees, teas, and more. 


Fresh Cup Future Plans

Jamey will expand the café offerings in the near future to include an enhanced Grab N Go Case and catering to her existing and new customers and to local businesses alike. 


New creations in the Grab N Go case will be available to go or enjoy near the cozy fireplace next to friends and neighbors in the café.  The Grab N Go case will include a selection of homemade seasonal fresh ingredients that include her very own Nana’s Homemade Zucchini Muffin recipe that has been handed down for generations.  On the menu, she will offer sweet breads, cookies, overnight oats, parfaits and highly requested Acai bowls!  On the lunch menu, the savory selections will offer new daily soups, sandwiches and daily specials!


This catering menu will include a full line of breakfast, lunch, and desserts created from vast experience from Sift Bake Shop of Mystic and Carlo’s Bakery at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville from the start and will add to her menu for seasonal changes and requests.
